Maybe the reason he hasn't done that, is out of respect to those agencies... for national security purposes.
I mean think about it, there is probably stuff that if he disclosed, it would in fact be stuff that shouldn't be out there in public.. it seems to me Elon's goal is to ensure the 1st Amendment has a 21st century town square. He's not trying to subvert or undermine national intelligence.
