Just like Trump, Musk has no integrity and does not pay his bills. For those who have been paying attention, this has been a long running problem with Musk across his multiple companies; it is not something new with just Twitter. Nobody should respect a businessman who does not have the integrity to pay his bills and continuously rips people off.

And why would this news be surprising. This change to have a corporation to be named X merge with Twitter is not about about implementing Musk's vision; it is merely a grift to avoid the existing lawsuits and get out of paying employees and vendors. Plus likely part of his plan to not repay Twitter's debt and screw the investors.

Strangely this news came out via Lara Loomer's lawsuit against Twitter where she was recently informed that Twitter, Inc. “has been merged into X Corp. and no longer exists.” Just a ploy to avoid liability and cause legal problems & delays for the many parties currently suing Twitter.

As outlined many times previously, Musk is no different than Trump. Musk does not pay his vendors, misuses the court system, publicly makes outrageous claims, and abuses his employees while not paying them. All the typical problems associated with narcissistic bullies who run businesses.

He just needs another three years to get there.

This is a different mindset than yours which is "what am I going to bitch about Twitter today."

He had quite a few of your type in Twitter but has moved most of them out, with a few more rounds to come.

Then he can return to the journey to greatness for his platform.

Musk's Twitter team does not have the capability to create an expanded platform. He can't even keep Twitter 2.0 up and working.

Musk's Twitter will face bankruptcy -- from the debt payments and nearly no revenue -- long before the three year mark.

Musk can't even keep Twitter's circle groups private. Their messages are publicly available to everyone causing an uproar -- in the latest failure at Twitter. Endless bugs and outages -- which appears to be your definition of "greatness".
