Correct. I posted the official Twitter policy (Dec 2022) regarding the using of links to other social non-Chinese media platforms. PAID promotions to other western social media platforms are allowed.

Note that Musk still allows links to Chinese social media platforms supported by his buddies at the CCP such as Tik-Tok and Weibo. The Twitter policy only applies to western owned social media platforms.

EDIT -- adding info - "Between the lines: The change did not include other major social media or communication platforms like TikTok, WeChat or Weibo."

The series of suspensions began after Twitter's new boss on Wednesday permanently banned the account "ElonJet", which tracked his private jets using publicly available data.

Twitter also changed its rules to prohibit the sharing of another person’s current location without their consent.

He said: "Any account doxxing real-time location info of anyone will be suspended, as it is a physical safety violation. This includes posting links to sites with real-time location info."
