Twitter and Musk

Your theory of what Tesla people are doing is ridiculous. As usual, it is just pulled out of nowhere.

It's not a theory. This is what the Tesla engineers loudly announced they are doing. It has been well-covered in social media by those involved in the situation and commentary from the Twitter engineering leaders who were let go. For reference go read the article I posted earlier outlining what the Senior Platform Engineering Leader at Twitter stated.

So let's reinforce some food for thought- Musk brought over Telsa self-driving auto-pilot team to Twitter. Can someone tell us -- now that it has been several years -- has Tesla delivered a reliable, safe self-driving car yet?

Eleven people were killed in U.S. crashes involving vehicles that were using automated driving systems during a four-month period earlier this year, according to newly released government data, part of an alarming pattern of incidents linked to the technology

This. Musk made an absurd spur of the moment purchase on an upside company at a premium sale price. Now he is flailing around trying to figure out how to get cash flow and his best idea is charge $8 a month for a blue check. It’s sad to watch.

I heard that Elon is moving to a subscription model, and he is only going to allow just one advertiser on Twitter: My Pillow. And that every new Twitter subscriber will get a 30% discount on My Pillow purchases.

Hope that works for ya.

Musk overpays for Twitter...cuts employees to pay for his mistake....

Because he couldn't possibly be cutting employees due to their uselessness, right? Or to drive efficiency? I mean, no one who ever acquires a company ends up firing anyone.

You're normally very intelligent on this forum, but this was a really stupid take.
