Some twisted GOP congressman showed up on some right-wing network trumpeting how "Twitter Files" was related to this lawsuit. Not surprising that a MAGA GOPer is pushing this false narrative --- and it is time to point out once again that "Twitter Files" was a nothing-burger.

This case is not going to SCOTUS. It is going to be tossed out in the appeals court. This is a typical instance - once again -- of the MAGA crowd venue shopping for a Trumper judge who makes outrageously stupid legal decisions based on not legitimate principle. All of these get overturned in appeals courts.

I highly doubt any of that. But what I would say to all of the folks on the left who have been up in arms over the possible transaction is the same thing they've been saying to conservatives all these years "gO bUiLD YoUR owN tWiTteR!"
