I am afraid you won't be able to find anything, especially when you are not even willing to pay your broker 4.5 dollars more per month. What do you expect? Too lazy to work with the Twitter api? I thought so. Unfortunately nobody hands the holy grail to you.
There are lots of apps (desktop and mobile) that work with twitter for "custom alerts" on users or word specific alerts. Just use Google to find them.
Does the Zzzzz stand for you sleeping 24/7 ? Must be, as I never said I didn't want to pay, and I did say I HAVE already been paying to get realtime quotes.

Serious, there are two dozen twitter apis out there in any conceivable language. It takes minutes rather than hours to write a subscription request and custom filter to do exactly what you need. And even in tweetdeck you can set up a stream by topic/keyword and then filter by user, getting you exactly the result you want. How they implement alerts I don't know though.

Nothing takes minutes, especially, when you haven't worked with it before.
