metal blends,

beads. Nothing like an up to date diversified money system

How about going the opposite route: motivate lazy fucks who go to work grumbling, treat customers and their work with disrespect and ignorance, have zero motivation to advance. That can't possibly be true, very likely false information. The vast majority of math problems are solved correctly. Very likely does the current rate stand above 95% of successfully solving math problems up to college level.
AI will not replace most humans, humans who don't use AI will be replaced thou
