If I'm reading this right, the final return to Tuco clients will be in the range 60-80c on the dollar, the final number will depend on whether Thom Lennon needs a new suit and things of that sort
 
Yet another idiot that thinks Tuco’s downfall was being “Unregistered”. The SEC does not go after Prop firms just because they are “Unregistered”. SEC goes after only when someone complains traders money is not being properly accounted for.

Name another firm SEC closed down due to being just “Unregistered”.
