If hte stock price goes up in a month then they make the value back.....market cap is what is owned by other people i the stock market, not so much profitability. Tucker was drawing almost half as much ratings/viewers than O'Reilly, cost the company $800 million. and revealed insider secrets via his texts. Booting him was hte right move and FOX will be fine.

As I said in the other post, Fox has gone through ousting big performers such as O'reilly and Megyn Kelly and still ends out with top ratings.
Versus the other networks that are ousting to up their rating or often to up their ratings and still end out with low ratings.
moving Donnie Lemons to the morninig was a huge mistake as he is really bad at just focusing on news but obviously was the first step out since evening ratings are more important so it was clear he was being moved out of the evening slot for a reason to set up for his eventually firing.
CNN and MSNBC still try to run the evening shows like they are serious news programs (lol) and end up being drier than sand. FOX goes for entertainment value and therefore is more aware of their audience and what they want to see and their shows draw better. People would rather see Gutfeld than listen to a Maddow drone on.
CNN/MSNBC cannot out fox FOX so they really have no hope of reversing fortunes. The liberal viewpoint is diluted over 4 major networks for news, not to mention people have choices of network TV shows or streaming services to watch something between 8PM - 11PM while FOX dominates with little competition from Newsmaxx and zero from OAN so they will get more viewers.
CNN works best in midday when there is actual news to report or breaking news where they actually.....um report news ... but the morning and evening verbal diarrhea is why people just watch other shit. I can literally scan a feed in 5 minutes ofr any interesting news and then go back to other stuff than listen CNN or FOX and I doubt I am alone.
