Known Issue
There are instances where X_TRADER may show less implied quantity than is actually available on the bid and the ask. In certain cases where X_TRADER does not have enough information to avoid double-counting implied-from-implied volume, the implied engine may not display some of the implied volume. I downloaded the sim version of 7.4.1x I believe from Velocity. X Study is pretty darn decent if you need just basic charting. Not much historical data. It has bid/ask volume delta which I believe could be real nice.
Unfortunately, it doesn't have enough off what I am used to for charting. That and the sim is having some problems with showing the correct price feed for the last 3 days. I wish I could test out the trailing stop because I am attempting to see if it could replace Ninja Trader, but so far the bugs on the sim having me say no. These are issues TT is having not Velocity which concerns me about going to real $$$ with version 7.X. Velocity assures me these bugs don't appear in the real version, and I believe them, but I am not going to put my real $$$ on anything that doesn't work right in sim first. I will give them a couple of days and wait and see if it gets resolved.

If they reply to your calls just ask them to put you on a live, real account with no money; I remember it was possible years ago. It's true that the TT SIM is lacking some features vs. the production release.

Thanks for betting back to me Bernard. I've since installed the new tt stuff (7.4.2 as well as the latest charting xstudy). My CPU has dropped ALOT. it looks like the performance improvements are for real...I use mulitiple market grids and a few excel spreadsheets so i've been concerned about boggin' down my PC. Its not a concern in the least anymore.
It's a great news to know that version 7.4.2 is so useful for improving performance; I just hope that GHCO /Global Futures implement it as soon as possible!...

Finally....I will let you know the experience and whether the issues posted at page 1 have been fixed.

Known Issues
1. X_TRADER and its components (XTAPI, X_STUDY, TT_Minimizer) sometimes take more than 2 minutes to shut down. Workaround is to close the applications from the Windows Task Manager. (Ref 52078, 52153, 52315, Target XT 7.4.3 TTM 1.7 Ref 52938)
2. Autospreader orders can lose color stripe with a Rejected Changed order. (Ref 54583, Target, XT 7.4.3)
3. Deleted Autospreader orders on ICE display the 'Executed Qty' and 'Cancel Qty' values in reverse in the Audit Trail. (Ref 54950, Target, XT 7.5)
4. Autotrader is unable to load contracts from FXMS and Hotspot when the currency pairs are the same. (Ref 57642, XT 7.4.3)
5. There is an issue when using MPF in failover pairs. Upon failover, prices and depth do not immediately update from the second gateway. X_TRADER must be restarted to initiate the failover. (Ref 57881, Target XT 7.4.3)
