Only $6.05?? That's expensive IMO. 1000 contracts would cost $605,000. That's not an amount anyone would be ready to forfeit in case of a bad trade.

TSLA is still being heavily manipulated to the upside. Unlikely to be under $40 by Jan 18, 2019 IMHO.

Is there any reason why the history behind those options would matter?

Well, buy 1 contract and immediately sell it for $260 and see what happens.

I think you need to divide those by 100.
There's actually two chains for the Jan 18's. The regular chain is .55 bid.
This is where Desterio could actually help with his knowledge and explain why that is. I have no idea why they do that sometimes. (the adjusted option chains) I have seen it on other stocks too.

I think you need to divide those by 100. There's actually two chains for the Jan 18's. The regular chain is .55 bid. the ask for the put is .605 which means one options is $60.50 not$6.05
