As if getting laughed at by tens of millions in the US wasn't quite satisfying enough, Elon Musk is taking his delusional clown acts global. Now even people in Thailand are laughing at him.
I am beginning to think that Elon Musk has been so far out there because of some laced energy boosters / drinks / other potent stuff he might have been using while struggling with Tesla's production hell at the factory.
It's now obvious that many skeptics have been dead on about Elon Musk and Tesla. E.g.

Now if one asks, why are the federal (SEC) and local governments with Tesla, here is an explanation:
"The ongoing corruption trial involving the Buffalo Billion program that gave rise to “Gigafactory II” in Buffalo, New York, where Tesla is hopelessly behind its employment and spending promises, but bureaucrats refuse to enforce New York State’s rights for fear of admitting how ill-advised the agreement was in the first instance."
Pretty much the same shit in Nevada, where Tesla is behind its promises...

Not sure about tomorrow. $325 quite likely, unless the market drifts down in the morning. Let's see how long it can stay above $325 if crossed.
I'd close the calls whenever there is a sharp spike and get ready to buy Puts.
I don't feel very safe with TSLA at $310+.

I disagree.
There was already so much negative pushed and imagined that big money would be out already. (shorts were in control of catalysts)
They have to publish what they own, last reporting period had increased ownership per 13Fs
Next 13Fs will be based upon end of June data where there was a nice price up trend.
(EM is back in control of catalysts)

Edit: The prediction was based on the daily chart, the SMA line was around 330. We already touched it at 328, so I don't expect much more upside....

It seems like those who put their $1,000. deposit for their $35,000. Model 3 have been baited and switched!!??!!! Tesla will give them back their deposit (since they will never get their car). Other people with $2,500. will jump ahead of them. It seems like Tesla has used the float of their deposit for free. Could we see a class action suit come out of this?? Will people demand they get to the front, instead of the $2,500. people?? Many people will be #$%$ off. Many will lose their $7,000. government rebate soon, that Tesla was selling people who made their deposit. I just don't see these people going quietly into the night. The small masses will rebel...Fight the power!! Fight The Man...The Billionaire who took their money!! "Forget the $1,000. deposit...Give me my car"!!
