I am trying to be 100% neutral here, but 4500 new potential lawsuits hitting the street each week would make me nervous. Right or wrong, you could have a single Ford Fusion catch on fire and it would not even make local news.... but one TSLA and its headlining that days/week national news-cycle.A trend rate of 4500 right now, run continuously is 4500 per week (>200,000/yr). Any continued improvements in the process increase the number.
I think they will make the numbers, even if it is just one day of 700+ cars. The street will get an orgasm and price will go up 20-30 bucks. A short squeeze is still in the works so it could go up to 410-430 but that won't last. History shows these kind of squeezes last not more than 2-3 weeks. Once they are there they might issue new stocks and that would bring the price down again....
