No, that is a new option that was invented by Tesla.
Just like the Autopilot that isn't an Autopilot at all. If a truck stops for a red light, the Autopilot Tesla just crashes behind in the truck.

Tesla added themselves a whole list with things that the Autopilot cannot manage. Just to protect themselves against potential lawsuits. The driver should always be able to intervene. Why do you need then an Autopilot?
It's like telling that a car has brakes, but that they will not always work.
I concur. I think it's a very poor business and engineering decision to install a clearly unproven Autopilot program on a new breed of cars that is vulnerable to deadly fire upon crash. Elon Musk / his management team / Tesla engineers are basically using Tesla cars as guinea pigs for other car companies. Cramming too many new unproven features in a "critical mission" product is almost never wise. (It's not just cars. LMT's F-35 & F-22 fighter jets have proven to be expensive "high tech" screw-ups.)
The warnings in the car manual might not protect Tesla from actions on fraud / fraudulent inducement / deceptive trade practice statutes.
