State of California turns tsla loss into profit.

tsla had $117 million dollar loss. Cashed in $139 million California credits for fighting global warming, and voila, almost $22 million dollar profit.

No wonder that state is constantly fighting bankruptcy....
it's just full of loony administrators out there.
