TSLA charts not loading for anyone else this morning?

The machines are overwhelmed; the valuation has increased so fast, they just can't handle it.
New machines are being added to support a TSLA price of over USD 10,000, and a market cap of $100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. Please be patient.
A bit late, I know. But didn’t see any issue with the data from IB, though I’m not using TWS for charting, using Medvedtrader.com, but data from IB, 1 & 5 min charts.
It is happening with me since yesterday afternoon. Today morning again the chart disappeared with "Attempting to retrieve data" message. I re-started the applications, but same issue. It is weird but never had such issue before.

Customer supports says, they are aware of this issue and are working on it. No idea when they (IBKR) will fix it.
This is definitely a concern.

I've seen this issue happen sporadically before with other tickers, but always came back quickly.
Generally speaking IB's data feed is horrible and the latency in retrieving data is painfully slow.
It's one thing to have the throttled burst data feed. But what's the excuse for the initial loading of data/charts being so slow?
Well, irrespective of latency, the data feed should not be having any issue. To me, it seems the data feed to the charts has been disconnected, but data in the classic TWS trading window, Classic TWS order line, is alive. Not sure who is playing such type of malicious activity.
Earlier in January, at the end of month their Tax Optimizer tool was also not accessible for 2-3 days. I was able to see the lot allocation only on Statements.
