Yup. No justifiable reason technically or funnymental to see TSLA as a buy aaaaaaanytime soon. "I've fallen and I can't get up". All bounces will get sold.

I've been a business man for over 45 years...Not saying I know all, but I've been around.

As long as the Democratic party controls any part of Congress or The Presidency, tort reform will not happen. At different points over the last 40 years when the Republican Party controlled Congress and The Presidency, tort reform did not occur.

Every business move I have made, was FIRST governed by liability..."How will this come back unto me and my insurance"?? Does my insurance cover this move"?? The trial lawyers control Congress. It's just a fact...They do not want to give that up.

Self driving can work in other countries...But I believe it will never work in the US!!

Hey, I agree 100%. The one exception might be Pfizer and the vaccines lol, but whatever on that.
Either way, that's why I wrote "IF" level 4 autonomous vehicles are in our future, TSLA's IP in that arena is an extremely valuable asset for them.
