Trying to learn a couple of stocks that are exempt from the uptick rule

Hi,

I'd like to learn a couple of NYSE stocks from the uptick rule exempt list. I don't care about the NASDAQ stocks because I can usually short them without any problems. The stocks I want to learn should do more than >700,000 Shares a day and have a large average daily range (H/L). Does anybody know of a free stock screener that sorts the NYSE stocks that are exempt from the uptick rule by Average daily Volume and average daily Range?

I'd appreciate any help
