huh. . VXX... the monthly chain.. is extended all to 100..

i sold one for 85... it was 11 - 12.. bid ask.. i sold it for 11. and net was 9.78.. painful. 1.22 commisssion..

my freind sold. 86 bid ask 10-111. he sold for ask. . 11 cent and paid 50 cent commisson .. so his net was 10.5.. huh.. i am a strike lower... my freind.. all illogical illiquid..... keep learning this stuff. ha ha....

both of us using Interactive brokers.
 
it was march monthly at that time..... the april.'s premium.s are rapidly eroding.. but I dont have the guts to short sell any.. even though OTM.

You hit the bid and removed liquidity = fee from ECN.
He sold the ask and added liquidity = possible rebate from ECN.
