While he would be within his rights, it may not be politically viable. I certainly would like to see it though and it may be an inevitability given all the Clinton/Comey cronies on the team.

Instead, I think we'll see the first movements begun to start proceedings involving Hillary and her alleged nefarious activities. I believe this will occur in the next 7 to 10 days.
