Republican party has never represented racists or slaveholders.
The only reason people hate/boo Trump is because Pelosi and Schumer, et al, have conditioned them and told them to. Too bad those people can't seem to figure out when they've been suckered!

Republicans may have implemented a strategy to obtain support in The South, but it was never built on racism or promoting racism. ---That's what The Democrat strategy is and continues to be today---- Republicans are the ones who passed the Civil Rights bill, not The Democrats. It is a lie to state that Republicans are the party of racism.
The Union states voted for the civil rights bill,southern confederate states voted against it moron.
