Is this Dershowitz? I don't think Dershowitz has ever indicated whether he thought O.J. Killed anyone. I think Dershowitz's opinion is just that the prosecution lost the case through ineptness. And that the defense team me wasn't that great either, though he himself I think was hired as a consultant for the defense.

My mistake, I forgot Republicans, unlike democrats are fiscally responsible. But true, you get what you pay for and the DNC clearly didn't pay enough 2016.
