Trump made an unclear, flippant 5-second remark about 'injecting or putting something inside the body' that would act as a disinfectant..... in the same breath as talking about UV light therapy used inside the body as a disinfectant (which is a real therapy....)....also in the same vein as sunlight being used as a disinfectant.
His comment was brief and unclear. And POTUS meant it to be brief and unclear. That's Trumps style. He shoots off the cuff and talks in a vague way. So here's another vague comment from Trump..... NEWSFLASH.
