You don't seem to understand, if the executive can declare emergencies without officially declaring any and on a whim to suit their electoral prospects without any due process against whom such actions are taken,then when the opposition is in power, they can make you disappear as well without reason.

We need more private security to do what radical left mayors and Governors won't do. Violent mobs must be stopped using any means necessary. Radical left mobs much more of a threat than radical Islam. Clear out Gitmo for Antifa and BLM criminals.
