I have not definitely concluded what I am going to wear for pants tomorrow. Only in your mind does that mean I am saying that I am going out without wearing any pants. Such is the nature of your binary mind. Looks like they were weighing several options and have released what those options/destinations will be. Because there is more than one option/destination depending on the nature of a case or the patients home state. Since there is more than one factor involved, your binary mind will immediately overload.

Oh, and that would be the same President Trump who had a perfect phone call with the President of the Ukraine.
