Trumpers and Native American face off

Since the media was so quick to smear the kids, maybe some "investigative journalist" might look into this. I ain't saying he didn't serve, but the numbers just don't jive.

Nathan Phillips, the Native American activist claims to have served two tours with the Marines in Vietnam as a “Recon Ranger.”
Phillips is 64 years of age putting his birth year as 1954, meaning he would have finished high school during the early summer of 72. (did he finish high school?)The last combat troops left Vietnam in March 1973. So if he enlists right after school he's beginning boot camp June or so.
Marine Corps Boot Camp and individual MOS training averages about 5-6 months, and much more extensive and longer training for Recon. Even without the Recon training his earliest possible deployment is Dec. 72, Jan., 73.
So, in order for his story to be true, based on the simple arithmetic, it just doesn’t add up that he served in any combat capacity for even one tour, let alone two.
Someone needs to take a look into this dudes story, you know, for credibility sake.
Several of the kids were still being disrespectful, regardless of the sequence of events. Let's not be obtuse, eh?

So the Black Hebrew Israelites who deliberately started the confrontation and called the students crackers, faggots, and many other names were not be being disrespectful? The native American drummer who directly marched up to the students, invaded their personal space, and loudly started chanting was not being disrespectful, eh?

Maybe you need to properly allocate the blame to the adults who caused the problems and not the under-age minors.

You are correct.
Washington Post, 20 Jan 2019, quote: Correction: Earlier versions of this story incorrectly characterized Native American activist Nathan Phillips as a Vietnam War veteran. Phillips served in the U.S. Marines from 1972 to 1976 but was never deployed to Vietnam.

You have always supported and gloated over the terrorism caused by ANTIFA.

You must have gleaned that from your 'searching' of posts, can you quote me just once where I have supported or gloated anything done by ANTIFA?

Time to watch you squeal and run away.

So they jump to the beat of the drum, and chant hey - they don't appear to be mocking the veteran in any manner. Keep in mind the drummer approached them and was directly in their faces, not the other way around.

The problem is your interpretation of events is through your fantasy left-wing filter which has no bearing on facts or reality.

But I thought it was just a stoic MAGAhatter! Now you are saying they were chanting and dancing!

Wait for more vids, lol.

There are plenty of videos available showing an hour or more of what happened.... how these "adults" tormented these children.

Military opreatives stayed in Vietnam until the fall of Saigon in 1975. There were still recorded military deaths in 73, 74 and 75. Would not be unusual for him to serve in that capacity after '73. Now whether he did serve in Vietnam is another story that has to be checked.

He wanted to start some shit and got a little thrown back at him from a few children, which he shouldn't have been confronting in the first place. New we find the "war hero" did in fact serve in the Marines, but didn't make it to Viet Nam. From Constitutionman post above.

I'm just saying, this guy is the instigator, was all over TV spreading lies, the media bought into it hook, line and sinker because they have a narrative to push. So blinded by their own political bias they don't bother to do some simple fact checking. And these are the professionals we're supposed to be counting on for getting to the truth...about anything?

Sure, I just have to 'search' your posts to find that out!

Makes sense, bunch of male teenagers at an anti-abortion rally are going to be really well behaved!

LOL

Correct. There were 50 Americans after spring of 73. Some Marine Embassy personnel, a few Army Special Force types, and probably a few CIA operatives. A simple fact check by our esteemed journalists would have shown it highly unlikely our Indian friend was one of the 50. Something which should have been done before they started interviewing him and pushing his version of things all over the news.
