Yes that's what you do as time goes on. You leave old polls behind. Just like we don't look at polls from last week or last month or last year because they are no longer relevant.

In a populist election like this one and Brexit, the "incumbent" chances are overestimated and the challenger is underestimated.

So if the Polls say +4 Clinton, the real odds are probably +2. Etc...

I also think it is rather pointless to look at polls this late with so many intangibles. A better way this close is to look at combinatorics of what subsets lead to a win for each. On that note, Trump needs to be perfect without a single mistake.

Disagree Nitro.Hillary is being underestimated in the public polls like Obama was.Hillarys internal polling(which is the best) shows this race is over.
