Pfizer only gets paid if they create a successful vaccine and it gets FDA approval.They created the vaccine with billions of their own money and wouldn't get a dime if they failed.

They created the vaccine all on their own.They didn't and don't need Trump at all.
 
Healthcare is by far a State function.
If you remove the horrible handling by the Blue states then the USA is not bad
