Trump’s tweets come two days after an Army spokesman said Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy and Defense Secretary Mark Esper are "open" to renaming the bases.

Want to give another thank you to Defense Secretary Esper( after publicly denouncing Trumps plans a week ago) and a thank you to Army Secretary McCarty.They are both surely smart guys and know this is a horrible time for Trump to have to take a position on Confederacy issues but they forced him to anyway.I salute them both.
