As of this date in time he has lost the election. He is, as is his right, contesting this outcome as the votes are very close in some areas. I doubt any fraud was widespread enough to change the outcome, widespread being the new favorite word of the left. None the less it seems highly unlikely that the results will change enough to declare Trump a victory, and/or have enough compelling evidence for the high court to have any opinion given, or even heard. Covid cost him the election, and to topic of the thread, the tweets didn't help his cause. Red meat for the base for sure, but probably cost him some votes.
