Can't agree, Trump and Reagan not anywhere near the top. I'd put Eisenhower at number 3, and Grant would be in there somewhere.
Reagan was one of the worst, much worse than even Trump.

He has virtually no means of intimidating republicans directly without Twitter. It’s crushing to his power source.
