did we read the same transcript? Because Trump was hinting at not releasing the congress approved funds unless "corruption" was investigated...because he had heard "rumors" of Biden doing some firing recommendations and something about a "server".

Trump has no control of the purse, but he certainly told Mulvaney to hold those funds
