No, that hasnt been ended. He is just buying four, maybe six, more days for congress to decide what it is going to do or not do.
He is basically asking for the Nineth Circuit judge to to a reconsideration of Flores in regard to the 20 day limit. That's headed nowhere. The judge will just tell the government to go off and fulfill the requirements. So he is goiing to take it up the bo-bo from the court but he knows that and is just buying a few days.

He is going to take a hit from the court but the final maneuvering is not over. We dont know yet. We have to see what he extracts from whatever final immigration bill/if any is done. He is on the front lines taking hits and getting limbs blown off but that does not mean that he will not get some immigration wins when it is over. The goal is to not have detainee adults released into the community- not to accomplish family separation. If he extracts funds for accelerated processing or expanded detention with families being together, that is not a loss. It is a loss for your ilk which wants the detainees to be released into the community to no show. It's part of your Make MS-13 Great Again program.
