Here are Obama’s remarks, emphasis ours:
“It’s not something that lends itself to an easy solution. We could, obviously, destroy North Korea with our arsenals. But aside from the humanitarian costs of that, they are right next door to our vital ally, Republic of Korea. One of the things that we have been doing is spending a lot more time positioning our missile defense systems, so that even as we try to resolve the underlying problem of nuclear development inside of North Korea, we’re also setting up a shield that can at least block the relatively low-level threats that they’re posing right now.”

You know, I knew that was out of context because Max E is that kind of guy but I lost the will to Google it.
Their dishonesty, shamelessness and incapacity to seemingly recognise error lead to a malignant hypocrisy that makes them worthless people.

John Kelly's body language is deliberate. A top notch general like Kelly doesn't clown around in front of the worlds cameras.He is saying to the world the leader of The US is a certified buffoon.
The image of Trump as an inarticulate, hotheaded buffoon is now implanted into the world's collective memory. But at least Trump kept his shoes on!
Our Presidents embarrassing, undignified, inarticulate performance at the U.N., in which he called the President of North Korea "Rocket Boy", and threatened to annihilate him and his country, brought back memories of Nikita Khrushchev's tantrum thrown at the United Nations in October of 1960. I recall seeing the Khrushchev incident being played over and over on American television, just as Trump's calling Kim Jong-un "Rocket Boy" will be replayed around the world. In the earlier UN incident, in a gesture reminiscent of Trump's pushing aside Montenegro's Prime Minister in Brussels, Khrushchev unceremoniously brushed aside Lorenzo Sumulong, head of the Filipino delegation, who was at the podium, and proceeded to call him a jerk, a stooge, a lackey, and a toady of American Imperialism. It was also reported that at some point Khruschev pounded his desk with a shoe. I guess we can at least be grateful Mr. Trump kept his shoes on.

And he started taking credit for economic recovery from the great recession within, it seems, a few weeks of the inauguration!, when in fact these were joint achievements of the emergency measures instituted during the waning days of the Bush administration followed by the Obama administration. Trump's administration had absolutely nothing to do with improving employment numbers, etc.
This guy, Trump, makes up stuff on the fly, grossly exaggerates, pays no attention to facts, and repeatedly tells utter lies as though we should believe him. What on Earth is the matter with this guy? His latest was, "Our armed forces will soon be the strongest they have ever been." When you start to analyze this statement you immediately realize what a crock of shit this guy is. He obviously expects us, assuming we buy into his statement, to think he had something to do with the strength of the Armed forces. It's insulting to our intelligence! To begin with, he has been in office 8 months! If those armed forces are now anywhere close to "stronger than they have ever been", they must have been awfully damn strong when he took office. Not to mention whether the strongest they have ever been is a good thing or not! I wonder, could Trump University be the best University in the world?
You end up saying to yourself, well he can't be that much of a fool, he ended up as President of a major country. And then you think of Stalin, Hitler, Dick Cheney, Young George Bush, Henry VIII, Erdogon, Orbán, Putin, and you realize "fool" is not the right word.

Businesses are foreword looking, in the last 2 years under Obama the stock market barely moved, and then suddenly it exploded with the idea of literally doing the opposite of everything Obama has done, do you really think it makes no difference for businesses when the Trump admin is rolling back regulations at a rate of 16 regulations removed for every 1 new regulation added?
When The employer mandate is finally lifted it will probably be pushed out a couple years, is there any doubt in anyones mind that the stock market will explode the day the new law gets passed, even though it wont come to fruition for a couple years?
Only someone who hasnt owned or operated a business will say that republicans having control of everything and the potential for taxcuts and healthcare reform on top of the removal of all kinds of onerous regulations had no effect on the economy.
At this point whether or not tax reform or healthcare reform happens is one thing, but to deny that the mere prospect of doing the opposite of everything obama did, did not drive a second leg in the economy and the market, is just flat out insane.
The economy and the market is a self fullfilling prophecy, when people think that good things will happen the economy strengthens, when businesses think that they are about to have regs and taxes piled on them it weakens.
If you dont believe me watch how badly the economy and the stock market gets destroyed if Trumps poll numbers remain the same and dems are stupid enough to nominate Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders. The market and the economy will crack before the election even happens.
