Just google it. Back in July it was already 30K more than what the worldometer.com number was, so 2 months later 40K is a given. Their current death count is 216K so .....

In contrast, I do know for fact there's been a few situations like that such as a Covid-19 positive person getting hit by a car...dying from brain injury trauma but then getting listed as death via Covid-19.

I don't think this happens a lot, but it took a TV station's investigation to have this motorcycle accident have COVID-19 be removed as the cause of death.

A person who died in a motorcycle accident was added to Florida’s COVID-19 death count, according to a state health official.

ORLANDO, Fla. - (UPDATE) On Saturday, Kent Donahue, from Dr. Pino's office, said the motorcyclist's death "was reviewed and he was taken off the list for COVID fatalities."

Two days after a FOX 35 investigation, health officials confirm that a motorcycle death that was initially counted among COVID-19 fatalities has been removed from the state's data.
