As much as I love Trump's tweeting, I fail to see how issuing all these directives that are routinely ignored does anything for Trump's reputation. His own appointees feel they can safely blow him off. We see it on issue after issue.

Maybe it's pseudo science but I can identify dumb Cons by the look on their faces, don't have to wait for them to open their mouths.
