Trump Team Suddenly Not Sure Manafort Will Tell Truth

Actually I do. I know what Manafort did in Ukraine. With Manafort's help Mueller is going to be able to prove that Trump knew all about the Russian hacking operation (not necessarily illegal for Trump to know this). If Trumps campaign furnished any information or money to the hackers then Trump is in doo doo up to his neck. Manafort will know! Trump knows manafort knows. Trump is going ballistic right now. Manafort is a flipper. Trump fine with flipping on someone else or lying about someone, which is routine for him. But he can't stand someone flipping on him.

Watch for the Tweets. That will tell you a surprising amount. For example, what does 100 tweets ending "No Collusion" tell you? What does Trump firing Comey "because of the Russian thing" tell you? What does Trumps refusal to release his tax returns to the public tell you? What does selling bouquet condos to the Russian Mafia at top price tell you? What will his sudden silence on what a good man Manafort is going to tell you? Trump can't control himself. His tweets are going to tell you a lot. Be patient, vigilant, and monitor the tweets. :D
FANCIFUL

I don't think he will go to jail, do you? I think he might, were he an ordinary citizen. Then he could well go to jail for Obstruction of Justice , which he has already admitted to ("I fired Comey because of the Russian thing")
The President cannot obstruct himself. The President IS justice. ---He can fire Comey for whatever reason he wishes.

That is definitely an opinion. It may not be too far from Kavanaugh's opinion held over from his days in the Bush Cheney White House. Your thinking may be inline with our newest Supreme Court Justice to be. Congratulations.

It's The Constitution you moronic imbeciliac.

Please show evidence of Trump crime
Thank you for not being rude. As you know, evidence for charges named in indictments is included in the indictments themselves. In case of civil suits brought by a State, the evidence will appear in court filings.

Of course we are only interested in cases where the President is named as a defendant directly or, as is the case in the Cohen indictment, where he is referred to indirectly as having committed a criminal act (vide infra). Needless to say, it is difficult to bring suit, let alone a successful suit, against someone with no evidence of wrong doing. As the President is the defendant in these first two instances, you can rest assured that there is evidence of his wrong doing. In the last example there is evidence of his having committed a felony criminal offense even though the President is not named as a defendant. Chances are fairly good that he will be indicted and specifically named as defendant for this crime once he is out of office.

Evidence in the emoluments suit is included in this filing: https://int.nyt.com/data/documenthe...e36be6a3fdd873142fa/optimized/full.pdf#page=1
the suit is currently in the discovery phase (I believe). see also https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/25/us/politics/trump-emoluments-lawsuit.html

Evidence in the Barbara Underwood suit is included in this filing : https://ag.ny.gov/sites/default/files/court_stamped_petition.pdf
A summary of the suit is here. https://ag.ny.gov/press-release/att...uit-against-donald-j-trump-foundation-and-its

In the Michael Cohen case brought in the Southern District Court in New York. You can find the evidence implicating the President here https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4779531-Information-Felony.html
You will note the President is not named but rather referred to as "a candidate for Federal office" . Note that this crime was committed before the President took office, so it is not a crime the President committed while in office.
This article will explain to you why the President is not identified by his real name in the Cohen Indictment.https://www.vox.com/2018/8/21/17766218/michael-cohen-guilty-plea-trump-impeached-indicted

I continue to await any evidence of Trump crime. As of now, all you and your ilk have presented is fanciful suggestion and writer's embellishment.

Not really. The indictments and filings are crammed full of evidence. Don't bother to read them though. I really posted for others that may appreciate the links so they don't have to hunt them down themselves when they want to access the actual filings to see what these cases are all about.

Sometimes circumstantial evidence can be very powerful. An example I have used before would be a 5 year old standing beside an empty cookie jar covered with crumbs. If there is testimony that minutes before there was one cookie in the jar, even though there is no direct evidence, such as a high resolution video showing the same 5 year old reaching into the cookie jar for the last cookie, the circumstancial evidence is powerful. We can be quite sure who ate the last cookie!

Donald Trump is covered from head to toe in crumbs! His constant tweeting of "no collusion" is a crumb. His stating that his personal finances are off limits a crumb. His stating that he fired Comey, "because of the Russian thing" is a crumb. His insistence that he surrounds himself with the best people even though eight close associates have pleaded guilty to crimes, is a crumb. His hiring of two foreign agents is a crumb. His refusal to publicly release his tax returns is a crumb. His constant lying is a crumb. His putting more confidence in Putin's denial of Russian interference then in his own intelligence agencies that have concluded the Russians interfered in the U.S. election is a crumb. His constant forced backtracking on statements once they are easily shown to be wrong is a crumb. His long history of selling property at inflated prices to Russian Mafia is a crumb. His dependence on Russia and Russians for funding of his projects is a Crumb. His losing a civil fraud suit is a crumb. His being named as a plaintiff or defendant in over 4000 lawsuits is a crumb. His asking legal advice on whether a President can pardon himself is a big crumb. His idea that "flipping" should be made illegal is a crumb. It wouldn't be much of a stretch to conclude that Donald Trump is a very crummy man.
