We’ll see how you feel about your vote in the next 12 to 18 months.
As to SCOTUS appointments, you can thank Mitch McConnell for the one of them that actually matters because it’s really not about the picks. The truth is your argument would be better if you stated under Hillary the court would have went from conservative to liberal with the replacement of Scalia. Kennedy got his hand picked choice and probably would have gotten a similar choice under a Clinton presidency or just waited it out. There was nothing wrong with Kennedy.
You’re entitled to believe anything you want to believe but democrats are actually good at running the government and republicans are historically not as good. Trump is in a world of his own though and there only so long until we stop being effective at things like water testing and disease prevention. You’re already witnessing ICE crumbling before your eyes.
So, yes, any democrat of the 55 running will have a stronger bench of professionals and experts to pull from than Trump if not for any other reason people of good quality don’t want to serve under him.
Obama had recalcitrant republicans that tried to stymie him, republicans impeached Clinton, Trump isn’t being treated differently than other president with a divided government. You’ll get no concessions from me that Trump is being held up democrats. That’s just the way it is.
But you are right, Trump cannot get his footing and that’s due to his own ineptitude.
How I feel about my vote hasn't changed in the last 12 to 18 months, why would it change in the next 12 to 18?
You're entitled to believe anything you want as well, and you do. Many of the crazies running against him are going to put people around them who are just as batty and out of touch as they are, so your belief that they'll put together some superstar team is laughably inaccurate.
As for republicans that impeached Clinton, this is because Clinton admitted to having sexual relations with an intern in the White House. If the same was found of Trump I would totally support the same proceedings. That is called fairness. Instead, the democrats have tried to fabricate lies on Trump about collusion in Russia when all they had to do was just let Trump take himself down. But they were so butt hurt over the lost election they just couldn't - can't let it go. Kinda like you.
