It's called body acclimation. The people who are passing out down there are fucking snowbirds, or are too old to know when they are overheating.

A true Florida FT resident knows to not jump around like a lunatic in heat indices of 100+.

If the chuckleheads get their way, even the R-134a will be banned. You'll have to get your evaporative cooling from the spotted owl.

But no regrets, because they will have saved the spotted owl, while thousands of people die from heat exhaustion because all forms of coolant are banned to save the fucking spotted owl!
