Or are you still for employers being able to hire/fire at will?

Employers can hire / fire at will. But they need to apply the same policies equally to all of their employees. Gina's co-workers posted rants that were comparatively much worse than Gina's but they did not get fired.

They can hire/fire at will for non-Title VII reasons. For reasons. For undisclosed reasons. For stupid reasons. For no reasons.

Well in that case the large majority of the people in America are racist based on your premise.

I support:
  • Picture Voter ID.
  • Putting laws in place to protect us from voter fraud.
  • Investigating every state/county where there are questions about fraud.
  • Filming the counting.
  • Finding fake votes.
  • Making voter fraud end.
  • Fixing our voting system.
The above are fundamental practices for fair & free elections with minimal fraud. All reasonable people should support eliminating voter & election fraud.

I guess you believe that anyone who supports eliminating voter fraud is a racist.

Actually there are plenty of court cases with the results that HR policies must be applied equally to everyone in your workforce.

Obviously in this particular case it would be clear that Gina was fired because she was a woman but her male counterparts who demonstrated a similar pattern of behavior were not fired. And yes, this violates federal and state law.
