Behind the scenes, the administration and congressional officials are crafting an agreement that would add significant changes in the nation’s mandatory sentencing laws to a widely popular prison reform bill that passed the House earlier this year, according to two officials familiar with the discussions.

What's exceedingly strange about Trump is that he seems to have no guide posts, no basic principles whatsoever. He doesn't seem to have any consistent vision for the country he heads. It is this one day and something else another. He appears to crave approbation of whomever his immediate audience is without concern for how incongruous what he has to say to receive praise now is with what he said 24 hours ago. It is quite bizarre. I am suspicious that he himself seldom initiates these round tables such as the one referred to here on prison reform -- certainly a worthy topic. Did Trump come up with this, or was it suggested and he saw it as an opportunity for the media to shine a light on him. I hope I'm wrong, but he seems to be a person of no real substance -- a charicature of a real person.
 
They didn't lock Barry, or Hillary yet . All you libtards shoot down Trump for delivering on promises. Not only his but previous presidents also. IMO the left is afraid Trump will expose what the real left is all about.

If they are homeless and living on the streets, why not it's safer. Maybe locked up is not the right term. Unless you leftist bleeding hearts have an extra room for them, go for it.
