The video with the article that I posted on Page 2 of this thread goes into the complete situation of how the Obama administration declared she was not a citizen. Within the first minute of the video the entire situation regarding her citizenship is discussed.

Could be. I dont know but fake news New York Times reported it as for her going to Syria to be an Isis fighter. Whether he made a concurrent finding of not being a citizen, could be, but I dont know. This story needs another week, to map out all the timelines, especially her fathers work and visa timeline. Her father says he left work at the UN in June of 1994 but the UN sent a letter saying his service ended in September of 1994. I have no way of trying the case online.
Also, despite her attorneys allegations that he left his job on before she was born, that is not necessarily the legal timepoint when the basis for her being in this country changed. She was here for her fathers diplomatic service even if he had been fired and had not left yet. What type of visa/passport was he carrying at the time she was born? Do the regs not allow a person ending their diplomatic service a certain amouont of time to clear out and still be under the scope of a diplomatic visa?
Can't try the case online but those are some of the issues. I dont think either the state department of her attorney have completely scoped out their arguments yet either, given the fact that her case is fact dependent.
I dont know. We are all sorta waiting to see the full state department argument.
I dont know whether Obama revoked her passport because he declared her to not be a citizen based on statutory criteria or whether he revoked it because he concluded that she never was a citizen based on her diplomatic birth circumstances.
The answer might be in something that gwb posted and I have not gotten to it.
Either way, this story needs another week or two to see what facts the parties agree or disagree on.
Okay, you may be onto something, but I am not just taking that guys word for it. It will go to court and we will see. This is by no means the first time someone pulled a stunt like this. We will see, I still say it is pretty much the same case as Johnny Walker.
Its going to court. I think she ought to be brought to the US and thrown in prison. Otherwise, she will likely just go free and never pay.

It should be a very quick trial and immediate execution. That would be justice for her.
If she's a citizen she's admitted to committing treason by fighting/giving comfort to the enemy that we are at war with, which carries the death penalty. So if she wants to come back, we kill her. She really should think twice about this if she wants to live.
