Trump: Shut down the Clinton Foundation

Now this Trump is starting to make some good points. If only he had done this entire campaign and skipped a lot of the hogwash.

Its nice to see these Clinton's getting called out for the crooks they are.

Of course Trump would want to shut down an A rated charity that does a tremendous amount of good around the world. Vile sociopath that he is.

No reputable charity rating service has rated the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Foundation does NOT give enough of the money it collects to charitable services to acquire a rating.

FC,

Let's think this through. Clinton has stated that if elected POTUS, that Bill Cliton would resign from the CF, and that the Foundation would not accept foreign money. All good.

But chew on this, and tell me how you come to terms with it: Why do those standards also not apply to her when she was Secretary Of State? These are the most powerful people in the world, and they make simple critical thinking errors like this? Let alone ethics bordering on scum? I wouldn't trust them to tie my shoes!

That said, I am 99% certain that this is what is in their minds. The Clintons ___KNOW___, and I mean they know, they are incorruptible. So they rationalize to themselves that this sort of behavior is ok.

But the problem is, it isn't. We know that the foreign entities are/were paying for access through favors from Hilary because she was in a position of power to make those favors happen. Many of those entities are foreign governments who have so much blood on their hands with human right violations or outright murder that I don't understand how the Clintons can turn their cheek the other way. What does this say about them?

And then out of the other side off her mouth, she pounds her fists in the air to get money out of politics and rebuke Citizens United? Will the real Hilary Clinton stand up?

It is simply reprehensible. I think Bernie knew all about this. I am beginning to believe that he did her and us a disservice by not confronting that head on with her in the debates.

The Clinton Foundation (founded in 1997 as the William J. Clinton Foundation,[4] and called during 2013–15 the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation[5]) is a nonprofit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code. It was established by former President of the United States Bill Clinton with the stated mission to "strengthen the capacity of people throughout the world to meet the challenges of global interdependence." The Foundation focuses on improving global health and wellness, increasing opportunity for women and girls, reducing childhood obesity and preventable diseases, creating economic opportunity and growth, and helping communities address the effects of climate change. The Foundation works principally through partnerships with like-minded individuals, organizations, corporations, and governments, often serving as an incubator for new policies and programs. Its offices are located in New York City and Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Clinton Foundation encompasses a number of different efforts and entities, including the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI, spun off into a separate but related organization in 2010), the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI, split off after 2009 but reintegrated after 2013), Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U), the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI), the Clinton Development Initiative (CDI), the Clinton Economic Opportunity Initiative, the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative, the Clinton Health Matters Initiative (CHMI), the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and the No Ceilings Project.

Through 2016 the foundation had raised an estimated $2 billion from U.S. corporations, foreign governments and corporations, political donors, and various other groups and individuals,"[3] and the acceptance of funds from wealthy donors has been controversial at times.[3][6] The foundation "has won accolades from philanthropy experts and has drawn bipartisan support, with members of the George W. Bush administration often participating in its programs."[3]

Charitable grants are not a major focus of the Clinton Foundation, which instead keeps most of its money in house and hires staff to carry out its own humanitarian programs.[7] Because of this unusual structure for a foundation, Charity Navigator, a charity watchdog, has said it does not have a methodology to rate the Clinton Foundation.[7] Consequently, they added the foundation to their charity "watch list" in April 2015; it was removed from the "watch list" in December 2015 after the charity posted amended tax returns and a public memo on its website.[8] A different charity monitor, CharityWatch, says that 88% of the foundation's money goes toward its charitable mission and gave the foundation an A rating for 2016.[9]

"A" rated? Please post the link for that rating. The Clinton Foundation is by all measures a scam organization, which is legal, as many are, so it should come as no surprise that Bill and Hillary are once again pushing the boundaries of ethics and legality to the very limits.

I am not sure that I would even classify what they do as legal. If we know one thing, a bunch of pesky laws are not going to get in the way of the Clinton's quest for money and power. Its pay for play and nothing more complicated than that. What is truly amazing is how in your face the Clinton corruption is and half the country is not bothered by it one bit.

"Unusual structure"? How convenient. Par for the Clinton course. So there is no methodology to rate the foundation but they give it an "A" rating. No doubt some secret new method has been developed. Can we guess who assisted in this new metric?
The Clinton Foundation is a legit charity as Rev. Al is a man of the gospel. Like every good scam there are a few shekels thrown out to help others while the core originators of the hustle keep the lions share. Nothing new or complicated.
