Anyone caught stealing campaign finance funds like Trump is doing and everyone saw coming, is in for trouble. How many of these are for two hands in cookie jar?

The captain thinks because crimes go undiscovered and/or unpunished, there is no point. Argue that at the next homicide or speeding ticket. (I have never had one).
