Trump schedules speech during Comey testimony

He is really building this Comey test up. Comey better have something big. I don't know how much they get paid, but wouldn't be surprised if they are splitting the proceeds.

They should do a split screen type presentation. Sort of like the baptismal scene in Godfather Part 1. Or at least show all the casualties while they talk, cnn, Kathy Griffin, Donna Brazille, Hillary. Comey better have something big.

Or they can have a Trump University Alumni meeting, lots of casualties there and now they have 25 million dollars to show off after the settlement.
 
This better not be another one of Trumps publicity stunts. I mean Comey needs to have something big or I am going to get tired of all these accusations with no evidence.

Comey refuses to answer bipartisan questions from senators, saying he's a private citizen

Former FBI director James Comey is formally refusing to answer questions submitted to him by a bipartisan group of senators, suggesting he no longer must do so as a private citizen.

Comey sent an email from his private account last week rebuffing the seven questions that had been submitted to him by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley and the committee’s ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein after Comey’s final testimony as FBI director to the panel last month. Comey was fired by President Donald Trump shortly after his appearance.

Thursday is going to be a double header. Comey in the morning and Predators vs. Penguins in the evening. I can't wait! Last time we did this it was John Dean testifying with Sam Ervin leading the Panel. I don't think Grassley and Feinstein will be able to quote the Bible with the same panache as Ervin, but I expect Comey to be Dean's equal in forthrightness. Another difference, Comey won't go to prison, whereas Dean had to do a little time. It always seemed unfair. Haldeman, Erhlichman, Colson, Dean and a few others all had to do a little time away from home whereas the head crook got to spend time at san Clemente instead of san Quentin where he really belonged.
