I find realistic war movies haunting. So I cannot even imagine the real thing and then returning to a "normal" world afterwards and dealing with such a past. Trump has absolutely no empathy. We casually call him both a sociopath and psychopath and it makes for great sound bites. But the man truly is all that.

On a transatlantic flight today I listened to two clearly well-off old fellas rip Trump apart for his comments on the medals.

They changed from "sitting this one out" to voting for "Walz". I wonder how long it will last before their moment of semi-lucidity fades.
