Trump Said Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’

I wouldn't debate with anyone that doesn't understand what it takes to get into a military academy and then to graduate nor debate with someone that doesn't understand the mental / physical damage that's being done to a captured soldier.

Trump never served, got out of the draft 5x...he's a loser for referring to someone that graduated from a military academy as a loser, for referring to a POW as a loser and the antics involving the military after he became the U.S. President won't be forgotten.

His own grandfather was kicked out of Germany for failure to perform mandatory military service...apple didn't fall to far from the tree about military service.

He's own father attempted to right their poor military record via enrolling Trump as a teenager into the New York Military Academy but that was not good enough for Trump to understand what it means to serve when it came time for real military service.

Republicans messed up when they allowed the failed Reform party to join their ranks...tainting the blood of the Republicans.

I strongly disagree with Trumps remarks. McCain bravely served is Country during the war. Concerning McCain’s politics, imo they were bad, he was a RINO. There was bad blood between McCain and Trump over Trump’s remarks and McCain used his position against Trump at every opportunity, at times in opposition to what was good for the country.

That being said, if you dismiss Trump as a draft dogger you need to include Biden in your rant. Both used student deferments to stay out of the draft. Biden received his 1Y classification for childhood asthma (you can decide yourself if his childhood asthma was a health issue from Biden’s own words).

The Defense officials also confirmed to The AP reporting in The Atlantic that Trump on Memorial Day 2017 had gone with his chief of staff, John Kelly, to visit the Arlington Cemetery gravesite of Kelly’s son, Robert, who was killed in 2010 in Afghanistan, and said to Kelly: “I don’t get it. What was in it for them?’'

By declining to comment, Kelly has confirmed this.

Kelly likely has a duty to not demoralize the troops and has some respect for the chain of command. Not like it matters. If it's an anonymous source, it's fake news, and if it's a named official, it's a disgruntled employees and hence also fake news to these cultists:

Former DHS official

All I needed to read. These political hit pieces are low quality bait. "It's not antifa" she says while they attempt to overthrow a courthouse.

O K
ACCORDING TO OUR UNNAMED SOURCES ORANGE MAN BAD

Nice try shillbot.

Beyond the additional support from LaPorta, the trouble with the Trump defenders’ reaction to this story is that Trump himself has said comments like this many times, publicly and on the record, often preserved in an audio or video recording:
  • In 2015, he said that Sen. John McCain, who was brutally tortured as a POW in Vietnam, was “not a war hero” and “I like people who weren’t captured”;
  • He initially refused to allow the White House flag to be lowered to half-staff after McCain’s death in 2018 and only did so after intense public pressure from veterans and bipartisan members of Congress;
  • He complained again in March 2019 that he had “had to give” McCain the funeral he wanted, and that he “didn’t get a thank you”;
  • He called retired four-star General John Allen a “failed general” and someone who “hasn’t done so well”;
  • In 2016 after the family of Capt. Humayun Khan, who was killed in combat, spoke at the Democratic National Convention, he criticized them and falsely claimed Khan’s mother was forced to be subservient and compared the grieving family’s sacrifices to his own work having “created thousands and thousands of jobs”;
  • In October 2017, during a call with the widow of Army Sgt. LaDavid Johnson, he made her cry by forgetting the slain soldier’s name and telling her that “he knew what he signed up for”;
  • He repeatedly dismissed issue-based policy criticisms by retired four-star General Stanley McChrystal, who led American forces in Afghanistan from 2009 and 2010, and retired Admiral William McRaven, the former Navy SEAL behind the mission that killed Osama Bin Laden, as just “Hillary Clinton lovers,” and also said McChrystal “had a big dumb mouth”; and
  • In October 2019, after retired four-star General James Mattis resigned as Secretary of Defense, he slammed him as “the world’s most overrated general” and said Mattis was not “tough” enough.

Trump will completely deny it, because audio evidence of this would end even his campaign. There's no way to spin this one like he did with the "I like people who weren't captured".

Biden still has Asthma or some sort'uv respiratory problem. Trumps medical reasons for not serving...miraculously cleared up.

I never did like McCain's politics but I would never bash his military service unless I was someone with a bully like mentality. That bad blood was rightful and still is rightful.

Here's my rant...if McCain was still alive and one of Trumps military people...he would serve the Commander and Chief...wait until he retires before denouncing Trump as some are doing today...short of calling him a traitor in his reaction to Putin.

Yeah, I too strongly disagree with Trumps remarks and other remarks about our military that I have not yet ranted about.

Keep the politics out of the health crisis

Keep the politics out of our of military service

Easy re-election victory.
