You can always keep your employer based insurance for 18 months through COBRA, problem is you have to pay the entire premium yourself where most are subsidized partially by the employer. But that’s what all self-employed face every month.
You might really read the fine print on Obamacare, if your income increases in the future you might find yourself owing back premiums if you applied and were given a discount.
Sure are a lot of nice looking late model cars in that picture.
Maybe they should dump them on Craigs list, buy a beater... and take care of their families without looking for a handout.

Have made suggestions on how to better control Corona Virus and move to opening the US economy. Posted on President Donald Trump's twitter feed for maximum exposure and hopefully, prompt action by the President as well as members of the Corona Virus task force. Most of it common sense solutions that would hasten the opening of the US economy while, protecting every American and making every effort to lick Corona Virus, once and for all. Let us see what happens. Tens of millions of Americans will see those tweets and hopefully, there would be a groundswell of support everywhere. We, as Americans need to unite and pull together.
Probably also a lot of people who were just making it until they lost their jobs and been out of work for 2 - 3 weeks now. Exactly who should they be selling their car to on Clist right now with social distancing and no one wanting someone else's virus floating around in there.
You know there were plenty of regular jobs eliminated or furloughed for the moment and people were were barely making it with no need for handouts suddenly got the rug taken out from under them.
And you are asking why they suddenly in mass did not go out and sell their shitty Fords or Honda Civics I see in the pics to no one willing to buy them during a lockdown?
Think a little....
Plus I can only make like one or two current model cars out of those photos
