note inconsistencies between the latter two links in identifying the attorney Thomas Meagher. It seems the last link dated back in June, has misidentified the attorney as the wrong Thomas Meagher, and was not aware of the tolling request at the time the Law News story was posted. It appears the case is still headed for a December tolling decision in NY.

This has been debunked several times. The story has ties to Producer of the Jerry Springer Show and Anti-Trumper Norm Lubow, who has been caught several times pulling this kind of shit.

Some of the other things he has pulled is claiming Courtney Love offered $50k to kill Kurt Cobain and claiming to have sold OJ Simpson drugs the day he killed(sorry..allegedly killed) his wife Nicole.

I can't remember who dismessed it as being impossible behaviour from Trump.

Trump candidacy is really bringing some really sordid stuff.
Was it impossible for America to present a Presidential candidate that is not being accused of child-sex,

Drumpf's competition during the primaries was caught by surprise and badly beaten by his playground bully style. So they had no reply, and Drumpf's volume dominated the conversation.

You can get by with a lot when you are writing outrageous things about a public personage. For example when Flynt's 'Hustler' magazine was sued by Falwell the court ruled that no reasonable person would believe that Falwell was having sex with his mother in an outhouse. Flynt won. But Trump has a problem, lots of reasonable people will believe he might have raped a 13 year old twenty some years ago, and then threatened her with harm if she ever disclosed the fact.. Trumps own statements, and his close friendship with Epstein at the time of the alleged rape, have him in hot water up to his neck. And there is, according to the court filings, several witnesses, and at least one witness to the actual rape that may be creditable - a former employee of Epstein. Stay tuned. This could get interesting. Will the Court let the case proceed? We will know something after the December hearing...
