But this whole package snowballs against Trump. The further it goes down the hill the bigger and more destructive it becomes. When I read the bs some Americans post about health care on this site I can't help but understand why the US system is so incredibly messed up and expensive. Instead of fixing it and opening up their minds to successes in other countries, they want to deny there is a problem and revel in nonsense like aging rich rockers choosing to get an operation in the US.

I don't think these Americans understand that Canadians love their system and wouldn't ever trade it for an American style system. Those of us that live relatively healthy lives have the added bonus of very, very cheap costs every year of their lives yet we are covered for catastrophic illness if we get unlucky at some point or just get old.
 
I support a plan that EVERONE should be covered and the government SHOULD pay for it, using private insurance for most, and government should negotiate with drug companies. There should be no cuts to Medicaid.
Government should pay for medical coverage for all.
Coverage for everyone is just human decency.
